Gift bags are so easy to make.  Use the plain bags from Dollar Tree and use your imagination by adding designs and ribbon.  I’ve painted on some bags, used cutouts from felt and added lace.  Your only limit is your imagination.  A hand-made bag says you took some time to make your gift giving just a little more special.  An inexpensive item will take on a different look when offered in a hand-decorated gift bag.
