Mourning Monday
My last post was about a serene Sunday, and by no means am I a clairvoyant, but I said in my post that many people were unaware they would not see the sunset on this day.
Devastating earthquakes took place in Turkey & today; the death toll is nearing the 4,000 mark. It will likely be much higher when I get up in the morning. Families are mourning the loss of loved ones & survivors have no home to return to. It’s winter & it’s cold.
Our universe is filled with energy in motion. This energy continues to shift & move about, causing catastrophic events to happen & as much as we want to try, we cannot control or alter this energy.
We are also filled with energy. Our energy can be used positively or negatively. We can hurt others with our words or actions or lift them with kindness, caring & compassion.
My friend I wrote about on Sunday also passed away. He was brilliant and used his energy to make the world a better place. He was highly regarded in the scientific field & will be missed by all who knew him.
We can choose how to use our energy. We live in a universe with sufficient negative energy, so let’s not contribute to something that can act out perfectly on its own.
